Down payment
One month's rental payment gets you started for units up to $10,000. Units between $10,000–$15,000 require an additional month's payment.
Cancel anytime, no obligation
The rental agreement runs up to 60 months but may be cancelled at any time. Call us, and we'll pick the building up from your property — no penalties.
No penalty pay-off
Want to own it sooner? Pay it off at any time during the rental period with no penalty — for example, 60% of the remaining balance on a 36-month agreement.
