Every shed we sell is delivered fully assembled, leveled at your site, and set on concrete blocks — all included. Here's what to expect and how to prepare.
Free first 30 miles
$3/mile after that for buildings 12 ft wide or smaller, $5/mile for 14 ft wide buildings.
Free leveling & blocks
Free concrete blocks included — leveled from the highest point with the smallest block needed. Blocks above 36" are $2 each.
Permits & engineering
You handle local permits. We offer optional certified packages with engineered drawings and anchors for an extra fee.
Preparing your site
Proper site prep keeps your delivery fast and trouble-free. Our delivery manager will call you to schedule a day and time — please review the checklist below before we arrive.
- 1The truck and trailer often require more room than buyers anticipate — clear stumps, limbs, and any obstacles from the immediate area.
- 2Be aware of low wires, branches, and septic tanks along the delivery path.
- 3Fences must have enough clearance to move the building through. Remove fence sections and posts beforehand — our drivers are not authorized to remove fencing.
- 4Delivery personnel may refuse installation at any site they determine unsafe or inaccessible.
- 5If the building will sit on someone else's property, you're responsible for proof of the owner's consent.
- 6If we need to cross a neighbor's property, you're liable for any damage to landscaping, fence, septic, or yard.
- 7A leveled gravel base is ideal — it prevents settling. Without a prepared foundation, we'll level on concrete blocks.
- 8If the site isn't ready and the delay exceeds one hour, a $75/hour fee is due at delivery. A redelivery trip is $200.
